Hotel Xebec provides a very easy access from Narita Airport. All rooms have a DVD player, Internet access, microwave and free Karaoke juke box. We have double bed rooms only and they are very clean and comfortable. 7min walk from Keisei Nippori Station. Keisei line has direct access from Narita Airport. Check-out time is 11AM. Suitable for a sleepyhead like you! (It's 10AM on Saturdays.)

Our hotel had been running as 'Love Hotel' but we rennovated in 2006 so that international tourists, family and business people can also stay. It is worth staying with us if you wish to experience something different.

What is a love hotel?
It is not designed for tourists. Couples stay in a love hotel when they want to enjoy 'undisturbed' time together. They use love hotels for an overnight stay or a few hours during the day. Love hotels usually provide many amenities that couples can enjoy. Recently, they are becoming popular as a place to hold a normal casual party by a group of several guests.

We are located in a very convenient area because there are 2 train stations nearby. From the stations, you can easy visit most of the major attractions in the Tokyo downtown.

We have 3 types of rooms - S Type, A Type and B Type.
S Type is No Smoking and has many amenities. Credit cards accepted - Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Diners and JCB.
Car parking is up to 5 cars.

==Conditions==
CHECK-IN IS FROM 6PM. We can keep your luggage if you arrive earlier.
Daily facility cleaning is between 11AM and 6PM. Guest are not allowed to enter their rooms during the time.
Check-out is until 11AM (Sunday through Friday). 10AM on Saturdays.

One stop to Ueno. Three stops to Akihabara.
Asakusa is within a walking distance.
About 20min to both Shinjuku and Shibuya by JR.
Roppongi and Harajuku are accessible by JR and subway.

==Directions from JR Uguisudani Station==
5 min walk from the north exit of JR Uguisudani Station. Pass the McDonald's and walk toward Kototoi Dori. Take left at Kototoi Dori.
Uguisudani Sta. is only one stop both from Ueno Sta and Nippori Sta.

From the JR station, walk left and then up the main street pass McDonald's. Cross to the other side of the street so you don't have to walk the overpasses twice. Keep walking down that main street straight. You'll see a Family Mart on your right. At that point, the road curves and you will go left. Walk a little and you'll see a fly fishing shop on your left. From there, walk diagonally left until you come to a T. Turn left and (you'll see it there with many lights at night.)

its a love hotel that comes with almost everything, cept a wii like other love hotels. for a couple it is amazing, actually for anyone it is. we had the best time there beats any other stinky backpacker. we'd definately go back. (from Australia)
